Warranty Details:

• Parts and Services: Our warranty for parts and services is subject to the maximum period allowed by the manufacturer or other service providers.
• Scope: Covers only faults arising from our work. Any external interference or unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
• Exclusions: Does not cover defects from alterations, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Maintenance items such as globes, wiper blades, and fluids are also excluded.
• Non-Transferable: The warranty is not transferable.

Consumer Guarantees: Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. For non-major failures, we will fix the issue within a reasonable time. For major failures, you can choose to:

• Terminate the service contract and receive a refund for unused parts of the service.
• Keep the contract and receive compensation for the difference in the delivered and paid service.
